Did the Japanese text actually stated all that? Because as a cookery student, I am sure that certainly is a very verbose way to say 'bleu steak' or 'rare steak'

The text says 血のしたたるステーキ, which does literally mean "steak dripping with blood."

The normal phrasing would be レア (rare)　or ブルー (blue).
