Clarification here, as all tags on -booru act under the maxim of "tag what you see", subjective analysis per the person becomes a byproduct of the system.

On one hand we have the argument that from the lack of traditional clothing as per the mikos in the picture (Sendai and Reimu respectively) warrants a misuse of tags.

Contrasting this view is the knowledge of a presumed bloodline between Reimu and Sendai with the latter as the matron, in such a case, the use of traditional[miko] and nontraditional[miko] may be used to reference the pair of Sendai and Reimu respectively.
