Guess sunlight is still effective to kill vampires.

Maybe not touhou vampires, though. I remember hearing somewhere that even if she is totally disintegrated by sunlight she'll reform after sundown or something to that effect.

Actually, sunlight only weakens Touhou vampires, not outright destroys them. This is actually closer to traditional vampire myth. It wasn't until Hollywood that the concept of vampires being killed by sunlight came to pass.

Late but actually there is no mention in legend that sunlight effected vampires at all, rather they only came out at night.
