Back then they probably had lower standards of law enforcement. And I'm sure they didn't have to report gunshot wounds to the police like they do nowadays...

Anyway, I wonder more about how whatever is in those little vials acts instantly on drinking, and closes up Ezio's wounds? Defies all medicine...

The game and doctors say it's some smelling-salt that invigorates the body and dulls the pain. Must be some qualitative stuff.

So basically a big-ass dose of fast-acting painkillers. It's been a while since I played ACII and Brotherhood, and Revelations didn't elaborate on the nature of the treatment.

And hey, think of how much you probably spent there throughout the games. It adds up for the guy, eh?
