I find this rather funny. As it is rather true.

Reisen is always picked on and some times gets the short end of the stick. Yet in the end when something big happens. She mans (bunnies?) up and shows she isn't an idiot or a weakly.

While Tewi teases and acts all big and tough. When something bad something that goes too far out of hand. She goes crying to Reisen.

I am just stating my point of view. I am not making fun of any country posted in the image as the photoshop already did that....
