IT looks to me like this is a "realistic" picture. Youmu spends a lot of time outside gardening so her skin has become tan (it would also lighten her hair though that's already pale). Yuyuko is of course fat. I like this "realism".
Oh, no! My touhous are fat and not to my liking! /hatehatehate I rather like most depictions Okinawa does of the Touhou characters. Don't see anything wrong with this one except for Yuyu's eyes look derpy to me.
You DO of course realize that "big eater Yuyuko" is just fan bullshit, and not canon, right? She only talks in food-related metaphors and makes a joke about eating Mystia (which is never actually confirmed whether she does or doesn't) in the games.
Besides, how can you talk about the "realism" of a hungry ghost getting fat? Even in mythology, they have no metabolism. (Or for that matter, how can you say Youmu even can get tan for being a "half-ghost", whatever that means?)

So Yuyuko is the Cilan of touhou? And mystia is playable in PoFV, so it's just Yuyuko trolling.
