That's not sclera. The sclera isn't an extra ring around the iris, it's the rest of the eye. There isn't an extra ring in this picture, though, either. Her pupils are just glowing red.

yeah, sclera is the white of the eye right? and I guess everything inside of it.

Nah, I meant the rest of the visible eye, or what makes up the outer layer.
