Chibi is a style. If there's little skill shown in drawing a chibi, it shouldn't be here. If it's a well-drawn chibi, bring it on.

What I meant is that, in my opinion, it still sounded like a cheap excuse to flag this post. It's not perfect, but tell me we're only uploading perfect pictures on Danbooru, and I'll point at you and laugh loudly over the Internet.

The chosen colours aren't disturbing to the eye, it doesn't look like a cheap MS Paint picture, the character is expressive, and the perspective is proper.
More than that, this picture is subtle enough to tell a story. On an artistic side, it's not the best picture (legs are strange), but I would still consider it as a beautiful picture.

I don't even see this as Chibi. Chibi I consider to be a little less dramatic than superDeformed, and more so dramatic than this.
