Someone that actually understands he wasn't serious and was just joking around. At best that conversation was just describing the atmosphere/aura/presence she has about her.

Then again, the fandom has done far worse with less. So I suppose its par for the course.

To Begin with Kisumes are tsurube-otoshi youkai that live underground. They appear frequently along the way through Stage 1 of Chireiden, but their cuteness is not often recognized (in the character ranking sense). Here we will introduce to you the surprising life cycle of the relatively unknown Kisume.

A Kisume camouflaged as a hot water bucket

❶ Kisume eggs are laid in bucket form at old, unused wells. It is said that if a brand new bucket is sitting next to a desolate, dried-up well, it is almost always going to be a Kisume egg.

❹ When a Kisume emerges from her chrysalis, her entire body is heavily ripened, and various parts of her flesh jut out and show all over the place. It is said that becoming sexy upon growing to adulthood puts them more in the company of Digimon than Pokemon. While take-out is possible for matured Kisumes, despite their outward appearance of docile, beautiful girls, they are as shy and brutal by nature as ever, and spend the majority of their days dreaming up super-sadistic atrocities, such as plucking off, twisting and smashing ○●○●. Even when matured, they appear to be non-wearers of panties.

Kisume's Ecology

❸ When a Kisume goes from nymph to pupa, it takes on bucket form once again. Unlike in its time as an egg, it transforms into buckets to adapt to its environment. Around a well, it will transform into a well bucket, but at a hot springs, it will turn into a hot water bucket, a bathtub, or a Keroyon bucket. Next to a fire station, it will turn into a rain barrel. At a sushi restaurant, it will turn into a sushi bucket. There are even varieties of Kisume that will become bucket drums if next to a drummer.

❷ If a pretty little girl with green hair in twin tails suddenly pokes her head out of a bucket, that's a Kisume larva. Larva-stage Kisumes move around vigorously, tottering around on the path through Stage 1 of Chireiden. By nature, they are bashful (Chireiden), yet also ferocious (Symposium of Post-Mysticism). They commit murder in their heads, and Yamame stops them when they attempt to leave murder notices online. In addition, anyone attempting to take home these young Kisumes will be shot to death by the Hakurei Police. Even in Gensokyo, getting involved with a lolita is a serious crime. They appear to be non-wearers of panties.
