For her breasts to be sitting on the knight's lap they would need to either be made out of gum or to be attached to her collarbones. Notice the ropes on her arms. The upper set is tied near her shoulders, yet there's no rope going above the breasts.

Firstly, her breasts could just be big, and pulled up on his lap. It doesn't seem that close to her shoulders, and I don't see a reason why it would need to go around to the front. If that was so, she would still be able to move her arms. IF they were going around to the front, they could easily be under her breasts, or above, hidden underneath the guys arm and the girls hair.
Also, he's pulling her head up, plenty of space between the neck and breasts.

The rope could indeed be hidden by the arm/hair, but we should still be albe to see it roughly under the guy's fingers if it was going above her breasts. And like I said, the position of the upper set of ropes (really close to her armpits) would make it very unlikely for the rope to be wrapped around her torso in any position other than above the breasts.

Well, I guess we're just looking at this in different ways. Let's leave it at that, this is pointless anyway.
