This is a reference to the Elona game where you can nuke a town.

Of course that is near suicide anyway and only done if you want to torture the world because it results in great infamy and lose of places to trade.

A basic nuke weighs 120s, which is like 250 lbs, and will be an almost guaranteed Overweight.

Also, towns respawn, so the only real problem is the horrendous penalty to karma you get for nuking a town, which is very difficult to offset.

Gives a whole new meaning to the word "ragequit".
