Can anyone state where on earth the "shibarikini" term originated? I assume it describes this kind of pseudo-bikini with loads of interconnected strings. Google shows a big, fat zilch.

shibari is the Japanese word for bondage in BDSM. the shibarikini is a bikini designed to look like the common bondage knot used in BDSM. if you search for the "shibari" tag you'll find it pretty quick.
