Urgh, I finally managed to track the origin somewhat. It's a parody of a commercial for Elis UltraGuard (a brand of sanitary pads) which is, by all appearances, at least 11 years old. A transcript is available, and dated to 2000. Sadly, I couldn't locate any video of the original, presumably due to the age.

No, not that. For example, if I remember correctly the O-K Sign in Tunisia actually means "I will kill you." Don't forget, you need the O-K sign to make the penetration gesture. Other cultures and countries also seem to have bad meanings for the O-K sign or anything similar.
