Misty Mermaid - take 2
My second attempt at colouring this pic. I chucked the Cerulean Gym background and chose a brighter setting at the beach. While an improvement, I wasn't completely satisfied with this pic. The pokémon are just a copy-and-paste from the previous background and they don't blend well into the wood. I also felt I was taking the easy way out by using more natural lighting, as I was still drawn to the blue palette on my first attempt. I would revisit this again two years later to paint it right, but I'll upload that much later.....
