No! I was being serious. There is counter-evidence in the text which suggests she is NOT pregnant~ Literally, just full of milk, possibly her own.

Search lactating on Danbooru, and tell me how many of them are featuring pregnant women. Even if they are unnoticeably pregnant, then you should tag each and every one of them as pregnant too.

In the context of this pool (i.e. she's been getting fucked silly) it would make sense for her to be pregnant.
I.E. she didn't have a large belly NOR was she lactating at the beginning of this pool. Ergo, it is the result of impregnation.
