I have been wanting to ask for a long time, is this thing re-usable ?

knowing the usual trend of things, that tenga has to be pretty small.

This is complete BS. No Tenga would be better than Satori. Even if the girl isn't very good at sexual technique, her body would be... yeah. Much more satisfying.
