Historical Reference:
In the year 1923, Hermann Goering and Adolf Hitler with fellow party members march through the streets during the Beer Hall Putsch incident in an attempt to seize the Weimar Government and establish a new Reich Government. In the process, they were stopped by the Bavarian police who fired a hail of bullets into the parade. Goering was hit in his groin(or what you call "balls") as a treatment, one of his balls was amputated. He was later given a considerably large amount of morphine for pain killers which he became addicted to for the rest of his life due to the effects of overdosed morphine medication.
