You should appeal those! After three days you can put in an appeal and give them another 3 days in the queue for review.

These aren't deleted yet but I am a bit perturbed because I feel like they are going to be. My posts are not usually in the approval stage for so long unless they are going to be deleted, so I was actually wondering if there was something different about these from my others.

The worry is understandable, but you are kinda jumping the gun on requesting feedback. Approvers can take a while to get to pictures and all of these are still under review. I also find that there are certain reviewers that approve a majority of mine; if those individuals are busy on the days those images are up you might not see them approve until later or on appeal.
So, for now, let the pictures simmer a little while and, if they do get deleted, it's not the end of the world! While it does sting, the next step is to appeal the images to resubmit them to be reviewed again. This does work! To date I've appealed 62 images and got 24 approved on appeal.
It's also part of the process. This thread is for images that have gone through both approval steps: the first upload and the appeal. If these images still haven't been approved after all that it would be considered appropriate to bring up your images for feedback and further consideration.
