Hello, could you please review this post again? Please give them a second chance.

I doubt anyone's gonna approve this one, it just doesn't look great

An approver and a contributor appealed 2 posts I published. Could you please review them?

If it's already appealed just let things happen, this is a thread for feedback on deletions, not for review/appeal requests

What's wrong with:

First is a third-party edit, second has no comprehensive source

These aren't deleted yet but I am a bit perturbed because I feel like they are going to be. My posts are not usually in the approval stage for so long unless they are going to be deleted, so I was actually wondering if there was something different about these from my others.

Next time, wait until a post is actually deleted before asking here. I understand the worry when you're not used to having a post stay without approval for too long but many posts that get approved do in their 3rd day right before time is out; Also this thread is for deleted posts

Based on other images which have been accepted, I do not understand the deletion of these (the last two in particular):

And then, were these too low res or too much text?

It boils down to poor anatomy, except for post #7404808 which is just a blurry/artifacted low-res pic from a third party source, that's too borderline to have any real probability to get approved

Poor quality or anatomy in general.
post #7411172 is the best looking one here imo
And stuff like post #7297778 has no chance to get approved here

Please concentrace on less images when asking for feedback. You even added post #7157051 two times, because you don't have an overview yourself if you add too many pictures.
Some have a really poor anatomy like post #7371914 others have smaller mistakes that ruin the whole image like post #7420169. I approved two that I think are fine.

my reupload: post #7347803 (didn't get approved)

hmmmmmmmm

In general, if there is a pixiv version of the image, you shouldn't upload the twitter version of the image. The pixiv version usually has more pixels, and png compressed instead of jpg.

Check for Duplicates
Be sure that your post has not been uploaded by someone else. When uploading an image, a list of similar images will appear at the bottom of the page.

If your image has already been uploaded, only upload if you have a higher quality copy. Once you have uploaded your higher quality copy, set all existing copies of the image as child posts of your copy.

I made them parent and child now. If you appeal it, saying "finished version of post #7169763" or something like that, I think they'll approve it, a better version of an approved post usually gets approved.

how do i appeal? i thinked that only moderators can do that

Scroll down a status:deleted post and you'll see an "appeal" option in the left bar. Any user can appeal deleted posts at the cost of three upload slots for each appeal, until a post gets approved or deleted, but the same user can only appeal the same post once.
