zero ii (kyokugen dasshutsu)
The main antagonist of Zero Escape: Toki no Dilemma. Their true identity is Delta.
Wears a black, wide-brimmed hat, a plague doctor mask, a black cloak, a butterfly pin, and black elbow gloves with claws. Often seen with a staff in hand.
Not to be confused with:
- Zero, the main antagonist of Kyokugen Dasshutsu: 9 Jikan 9 Nin 9 no Tobira.
- Zero III, a character from Kyokugen Dasshutsu ADV: Zennin Shibou Desu.
