The first major spin-off manga and anime series of Yu-Gi-Oh! franchises primarily revolves around Fusion summoned monsters. Produced by Studio Gallop and NAS. The series first aired in Japan from October 6, 2004 to March 26, 2008.
Set a few years after the events of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters within the Duel Academy, a school delicated to the Duel Monster card game. The series follows Yuki Judai (Jaden Yuki in the dub), an under-performing student who possess great duelling skill and an ability to contact with the spirit of the cards.
