xiao (project moon)

A Star of the City reception in Library of Ruina. Married to Lowell.
She's the Director of Liu Association South's Section 1 and one of the few Ruina characters with a Mili theme, this being Iron Lotus.

She manifests E.G.O in her second fight, which has no current confirmed name. It gives her eastern dragon horns, scales and a chinese armor.
It's sometimes called "Nine Children of the Dragon", from one of her passives.
