witchcrafter madame verre
Smug spellcaster duel monster and head of the Witchcrafter guild. As a former member of the Magistus, she plays a major role in the Endymion storyline, alongside Aleister and Endymion.
Rilliona the Magistus of Verre is her older form. Or, to be more accurate, her younger form. As Rilliona was killed during Aleister's rampage on the Endymion's citadel, she was revived by her golem servant Aruru as a child afterwards. Eventually she regained her ability to transform back to her original self, although temporarily.
In OCG Stories manga, this was the result of countless magical experiments to retain her youth.
