A self-proclaimed great witch, but is still in training under her great-great-grandmother. She is friendly with Ayesha yet take advantage of her alchemy skills, but her grandmother sees through the deception. Then she appears in Escha's hometown to help her and Logy build a critical part for the dreadnaught. Then Wilbell becomes Shallotte's mentor after certain events, and her past is explored more.
