RX-78-02 "White" Gundam is the original RX-78-2 Gundam Mobile Suit as it appears in the alternate Universal Century Timeline of Gundam Gquuuuuux.
It was captured by Char Aznable along with the White Base and upgraded by the Principality of Zeon into the Red Gundam. Char pilots it throughout the One Year War to great effect, securing victory for Zeon.
It was designed by Yamashita Ikuto based in the original design by Ookawara Kunio and Yasuhiko Yoshikazu.
