A prototype Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire conceived as a potential Water-type starter, a position which instead went to Mudkip. It is an anthropomorphic rabbit-like creature carrying an innertube. It was leaked in the 2024 Pokémon teraleak.
