"Waha~" is a meme that was widely prevalent on 2chan and 4chan's /b/ and /jp/ boards from roughly 2002. It featured a chibi version of Yamato Suzuran dubbed Waha from the hentai game Suigetsu with her arms either outstretched or in a \o/ sort of pose, saying the titular "Waha~" phrase.
