viki (suikoden)

A scatterbrained sorceress who appears in every Suikoden game except Rhapsodia. Viki possesses a Blinking Rune which allows her to teleport plus the Blinking Mirror to quickly travel to towns, but she has a bad habit of sneezing and teleporting somewhere else. It's said that she can even travel through time by mistake.
