When a character who is usually an amputee or wears a prosthesis is shown having regular limbs.

Does not apply to depictions of the past of a character before they canonically lost limbs (e.g. Son Gohan (Future), Mitaka Asa), or if the fully-limbed version of a character has appeared in the source material.
