Tsukuyomi-chan(つくよみちゃん) is a character from the “Tsukuyomi-chan Project” created by Yumesaki Rei(夢前黎).
Yumesaki Rei herself handles the character design and voice acting. The illustrations are mainly created by Emya Cola
She has pale blue hair and eyes , and wears a white furisode kimono adorned with images of the moon and cherry blossoms. Her hair is styled in low twin tails, with the knots tied in a flower knot.
She is known for providing voice libraries for synthetic speech software, and has released voice banks for COEIROINK, A.I. VOICE , and UTAU, among others.
