Character from Toaru Majutsu no Index. Almost always seen with sunglasses. Motoharu is a classmate of Kamijou Touma and Aogami Pierce, which are collectively referred to as the "Delta Force" or "The Three Idiots". He's also known as "Siscon Sergeant" due to his overprotective tendencies regarding his adopted little sister Tsuchimikado Maika.
