Known as the Kinslayer in the past, Rugal leads the Tri-Brigade alongside Ferrijit and Shuraig. Originally from the Fang Tribe, He's a silver-furred wolfman in battle fatigues and a mask. He wields Gunblades and a Spright-energy infused hammer (after Kitt upgrades his weaponry) in combat.
