Otome is the Prime Minister of Japan and the head of the Party of Words political party, as well as the leader of Kotonohatoh.
At the beginning of the H-era, she used the hypnosis microphone to stage a coup d’etat and seize power from the old government. Under the H Law she enacted, she dismantled the nation's military forces and built a society centered around women. During the third year of the H-era, she organized the Division Rap Battle where participants compete by rap battling with hypnosis microphones. She has high ideals and overwhelming driving force which has gained her tremendous support from party members. She is the estranged mother of Arisugawa Dice and believes that he is not a concern of hers any longer.
