teucer (genshin impact)

A character in Genshin Impact.

The younger brother of Tartaglia. He looks up to his older brother, and is a fan of "Mr. Cyclops" - i.e. the Ruin Guard.

Like his brother, Teucer has orange hair and blue eyes. He usually wears winter clothes including a fur hat, and may have a toy version of the Ruin Guard with him.
