tenchi galaxy

An upcoming Tenchi Muyou! spinoff pilot being produced in collaboration between Kajishima Masaki, AIC, and Armiger Entertainment. It is being billed specifically as a spiritual sequel to Tenchi Muyou! Uchuu Hen, and is based on director Hiroshi Negishi's draft for a previously unrealized follow-up series. A full series run is unconfirmed, but implied to be on the table.

The Uchuu Hen exclusive characters Makibi Kiyone, Nagi, and Ken-ouki are set to return alongside the rest of original cast and other new characters.
