The thirteenth mothership title in Namco's Tales of... series for the Playstation 3, released on September 8, 2011 in Japan, August 6, 2013 in North America, and August 9, 2013 in Europe. Tales of Xillia 2 is its direct sequel.

A remastered version was released on October 30, 2025.
