A ToAru Majutsu no Index, ToAru Kagaku no Railgun and ToAru Anbu no Item character. Hamazura Shiage's girlfriend and an operative of ITEM (a mercenary group in the dark side of Academy City).
Appearance
Rikou is a high school girl who often looked tired and expressionless. She has a dark brown eyes, black evenly cut medium hair and large breasts.
In her original appearance, she is usually seen wearing a full pink track suit, that functioned as casual wear and sleepwear for her, to the point where Shiage believes that she would probably wear it to a wedding or funeral. According to Kinuhata Saiai, Rikou's track suit is "overflowing with practicality," likely indicating that Rikou chooses her clothes based on functionality and not on appearances.
In her appearance in ToAru Kagaku no Railgun S, she only wears her pink track pants with a short-sleeved white shirt. Her large breasts are apparently hidden by her track suit.
Paired with her tired looking appearance is her lethargic demeanor and is referred to be an airhead, often shown as staring blankly into space.
Despite her lethargic appearance, she is the core of the ITEM team due to being a level 4 noryokusha with the "AIM Stalker" ability that allows her to record other noryokushas' AIM fields and track them down.
