tactical gloves
A type of glove designed for military, police, and outdoor activity use. They are designed with padded patches on the palms, and reinforced knuckle. They are worn for protection from temperatures, impact or frictions (i.e., during rappelling) and for improving secure grip when handling weapons.
They typically come in black, brown, green, or grey coloring. Many gloves are also bicolor.
