The protagonist of the loli hentai series TS Loli Oji-san no Boukan. Tachikawa Nobuo appears as a young girl with very long black hair in a hime cut with a huge ahoge atop her head.

Nobuo was a former 32-year-old man, but was killed by a speeding truck and reincarnated into another world. Unfortunately he was manifested in the other world right in front of a runaway horse-drawn wagon and killed a second time. This lead to him to have to be reincarnated a second time, but now returning to Earth. As an apology for the situation, god fulfilled requests of his which included being reincarnated as a loli this time around.
