One of two final boss versions of Ashina Isshin in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Unlike the version you face in the Shura ending, this version of Isshin is at the peak of his powers, wielding his sword masterfully. Further along the boss fight, he will pick up a spear, a semiautomatic flintlock pistol (hence the nickname "Isshin the Glock Saint" given to him by fans), and will wield the Lightning of Tomoe.
