The 5th costume of Nijisanji's Suzuya Aki, as seen on Twitter.

It is a maid outfit consisting of a long-sleeved brown and white frilled dress with a white frilled apron, a black frilled hairband, white pantyhose and black mary janes. He has a black bowtie with a neck bell and has two hair bells. He now has cat ears and a cat tail.

For his official hairstyle in this costume, his hair is wavy with a half crown braid.
