Susato has black hair with bangs pinned back put into an updo with hair rings on both sides, tied with a yellow hair ribbon and black eyes.
She usually wears a meiji schoolgirl uniform, consisting of a traditional pink kimono with a floral print and long wide sleeves, a long red/purple pleated hakama skirt with a waist bow, along with black boots on her legs.
