suisen (disgaea)

Makai Senki Disgaea 7 character. A young boy who works for the shogunate as one of the 13 Magistrates. He can make predictions on what will happen in the near future, and approaches everything in his life with a similar rationale. He joins the party not because he wants to, but because he is kidnapped early in the story. He gradually warms up to the concept of friendship, and that not everything needs to be predictable.
