Steven Steel is a secondary ally featured in the seventh part of the JoJo No Kimyou Na Bouken series, Steel Ball Run.

Steel is the promoter of the Steel Ball Run race and husband of Lucy Steel. A mature male with a colorful life, the Steel Ball Run that he promotes becomes embroiled with him in Funny Valentine's schemes.

Steven Steel is a mature male standing at around 190 cm. He is bald, but covers the top of his head with a smooth cap with serrated edges.

His attire usually consists of a high collared long coat decorated with several tassels on the collar and assorted pants. Steven also wears small rectangular glasses.
