Starlow (also known by the pseudonym Chippy by Bowser when she is keeping a low profile in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and Mario & Luigi: Brothership) is a major character in the Mario & Luigi series, who debuted in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. She is a Star Sprite who helps Mario and Luigi by giving hints and holding items. She has a similar role and personality to Stuffwell from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Her name is a portmanteau of "star" and "yellow".
