A josei manga produced periodically since 2009 by Kio Shimoku about an otaku and his wife, who are expecting a child. It serves as an unofficial sequel to Genshiken (all characters are unnamed).

Synopsis

The Husband/Senpai (Madarame Harunobu) has married The Wife (Kasukabe Saki) after she broke up with her Ex (Kousaka Makoto).
They are experiencing difficulties having sex while she is pregnant due to his otaku nature.

Shortly after, we meet The Kouhai/Asaka-sensei (Hato Kenjirou), a mangaka who has undergone gender reassignment surgery and is in a relationship with her Manager (a slimmed-down Yajima Mirei). Right after the birth of the baby (Saki), The Husband gets drunk and asks her over for sex (in a twist of fate, he can't get hard for her either but she ends up taking him).

Meanwhile we meet The Assistant (a taller Susanna Hopkins with larger breasts), a lesbian in a throuple with her Mangaka Ogino-sensei (Ogiue Chika) and her Editor (Sasahara Kanji); however she does not want to be involved in a threesome.

As all these characters now try to figure out the details of the Husband's affair with his Kouhai, they attempt to blackmail one another, mostly orchestrated by the Ex (who starts crossdressing again) and eventually culminate in a group trip to a ryokan where The Wife gives her Husband an ultimatum: make love to her, or get divorced.
