sonic labyrinth
A 1995 isometric puzzle/action game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The game puts a unique spin on the traditional Sonic formula. In Sonic Labyrinth, Sonic is forced to wear "Slow Down Boots" that strip away his signature speed and jumping ability, leaving his spin dash as the sole method of movement.
