A mysterious sniper who comes from Sniper Island.
In reality, the SogeKing (King of Snipers) is an alter ego made up by Usopp (a paper-thin disguise everyone but their air-headed captain and young doctor saw through immediately) after he was (temporarily) kicked out of the Straw Hat Pirates because of a falling-out with Luffy over the decommissioning of their first ship, the Going Merry.
