Protagonist of the sixth entry in the Kamen Rider franchise, Neo Kamen Rider.

Hiroshi Tsukuba is severely wounded by a mutant monster of the organization Neo-Shocker. A kidnapped scientist convinces his captors that he can make Tsukuba of use to them by surgically altering him into their cyborg slave. With the intention of turning against Neo-Shocker, the scientist uses this chance to save Tsukuba's life, turning him into Kamen Rider.

Later he is given the name "Skyrider" by his predecessors to avoid confusion with No. 1 and No. 2.

Skyrider is mostly bright green in color with a brown chestplate and the first rider capable of flight.
