A playable character from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, she is a member of the Scouts along with Delta, the Ark's forward reconnaissance squad.
On duty, Signal is in charge of comms for the Scouts and is the best communicator in her field. While off duty, she can be found in her room watching soap operas and romance dramas. In contrast to her leader Delta, Signal has very low self-confidence and is always stuttering. She is obsessed with love and dreams of being in her own relationship one day, though she tends to indulge in fantasies.
Signal has short grey hair with sidelocks, a huge ahoge, purple eyes and pink nails. She wears round black glasses, a brown bulletproof load bearing vest overtop a white collared shirt with long sleeves, a brown camouflage bowtie, brown fingerless gloves, a brown pleated camouflage skirt, white thighhighs and a pair of black shoes. She has a brown headset on her head, a phone mounted on her left arm, a brown pouch on her waist with a rabbit charm, a knife sheath on her left leg and carries a field radio on her back.
She wields a submachine gun called Soap Opera.
